Common Experience Payment (CEP)

The Common Experience Payment commonally known as the $10,000+$3,000 or CEP is available to individuals who lived at a Residential School. You are eligible to receive $10,000 for the first year you attended plus $3,000 for all of parts of any additional years you attended. The Common Experience is separate from the Independent Assessment Process. For further information on how to apply for your CEP please contact Service Canada
